Myself Dr. Ajay Kumar Pal currently working as Additional Professor in the Department of Surgery (General) in King George’s Medical University Lucknow, U.P., India. I have special interest in Minimal Access Surgery, Hernia Surgery and Surgical emergencies/ surgical critical care. I have more than 40 publications in various national and international journals. I have been awarded various national (FAIS, FIAGES, FMAS, DMAS, FALS EFIAGES etc.) and international fellowships (FACS). I have also been awarded by various surgical associations of my state and country. I want to pursue research in minimal access surgery and surgical critical emergencies and critical care because the of the high annual case load in my institution.
