Masson's Tumor, also known as Intravascular Papillary Endothelial Hyperplasia (IPEH), is a benign vascular lesion that mimics both benign and malignant conditions. Commonly found in the skin, head, and neck, it can also present in the urogenital tract, albeit rarely. We describe the case of a 66 year old male, with a history of prostate cancer treated with brachytherapy, who presented with haematuria and heamatospermia 2 years post-treatment. On urethrocystoscopy he was found to have a smooth round protruding nodule in the prostatic urethra, which was excised. Histopathology assessment confirmed the diagnosis of IPEH. This represents a novel case of IPEH of the prostatic urethra, and lends support to the theory that radiotherapy may serve as a catalyst for its development.
