I am a Surgical fellow at the Lyell McEwin Hospital. I have a special interest in Acute and Colorectal surgery. I plan to pursue a career in regional New Zealand as a consultant surgeon. I think exposure to the administration and management side of the medical profession is useful for my further career. It also enables me to continue building relationships and connections with my current colleagues. I am a caring, patient focused clinician determined to better my skills and knowledge base to help treat my patients to the best possible standard. Strengths in team work as well as having adaptability to changes of plans allow me to work well in the fast-paced world of surgical care.
