Oliver is the Founder and CEO of Medsalv, a nationally recognised company leading the healthcare sector towards a more sustainable future. Founded in late 2017, Medsalv works with the majority of New Zealand's surgical hospitals in both the public and private sectors and is now taking its mission across the Tasman Sea, setting up a remanufacturing facility in Melbourne, Victoria. Before starting Medsalv, Oliver earned a BE(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, and Medsalv began as a component of his M(Eng) in Management, both at the University of Canterbury.
