Neal is a consultant kidney transplant and endocrine surgeon, currently working in Beaumont Hospital in Dublin. He completed his surgical training in London, and was a consultant at the Royal Free Hospital in London from 2012 to 2021. His main clinical interests are living kidney donation, robotic surgery and the management of adrenal tumours.
