Dr Talbot undertook surgical training in Sydney and his Fellowship in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. He has been working as an Upper GI and Bariatric Surgeon in Sydneys St George Hospital since 2003. His interests include minimally invasive and robotic benign and malignant foregut surgery, oesophageal physiology therapeutic endoscopy/ERCP/third space endoscopy and complex hernia.
