Melanie Walker is an experienced specialist breast surgeon in Melbourne. She is President of BreastSurgANZ. Melanie holds VMO appointments at Alfred Health (Clinical Lead Breast Surgery) and Monash Health, as well as BreastScreen Victoria and is a Clinical Lead on the Australian Breast Device Registry (ABDR). Melanie obtained her FRACS in 2002. She then undertook a further three years training in breast surgery in the United Kingdom, training at the Edinburgh Breast Unit and undertaking an Oncoplastic Fellowship year at the Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit, Glasgow.
