I am the Director of Educational Development and Staff Support at Otago Medical School, responsible for the co-ordination of the a team of advisers as well as sitting on the MB ChB Curriculum Committee and other committees. My current research is on eustress and career preferences. I am also the Principal Educational Advisor for the Strategy and Policy team at the Medical Council of New Zealand.
