Specialist Pain Medicine Physician (FFPMANZCA), and Occupational & Environmental Physician (FAFOEM, RACP).  Retired in 2022 from clinical practice as a consultant (Senior Medical Officer) at the Pain Management Centre, Burwood Hospital, Christchurch, where I was Clinical Director (1998-2004), & Supervisor in Training for the Faculty of Pain Medicine in Christchurch (2017 - 2021),  I have been the Section Leader of the Pain Medicine & Surgery Section for this conference.
