Jason Free is a General Surgeon who has specialized in Bariatric surgery and HPB Surgery. He has spent 2 fellowship years obtaining specific bariatric surgical training in Australia and overseas. As part of his training, he has spent time in surgical weight loss centres in Australia and in Europe and USA. He is currently a board member of the of Australia & New Zealand Metabolic & Obesity Surgical Society. Dr Free is currently involved in several research projects and is involved in teaching weight loss surgical techniques to surgeons throughout Australia, particularly the SADI procedure and robotic surgery.
