I am a 3rd-year non-training surgical registrar in Auckland, having undertaken my medical education at Otago Medical School (Dunedin and Christchurch Campuses - completed in 2019). My intended surgical training pathway is in paediatric surgery, having worked at Starship Hospital over the last 12 months. My research interest lies in surgical education and training, specifically the use of simulation to improve individual performance and that of high-performing teams.
