Dr Ganesh Shiva is a Neurosurgeon in Liverpool Sydney. He has a keen interest in Surgical Education and is the supervisor of junior medical officers at Liverpool Neurosurgery. He undertook this research as part of his Masters of Philosophy developing an objective assessment scale for lumbar microdiscectomy.
