Christopher Jackson
Professional Bio
Chris Jackson is a medical oncologist and professor of medicine at the University of Otago. His clinical interests are GI cancers and melanoma, and is an active researcher in drug development, clinical trials, and cancer policy. He was previously medical director of the Cancer Society, and currently chairs Te Aho o Te Kahu / Cancer Agency’s clinical council and serves on the advisory board. He is on the programme board of the International Cancer Benchmarking Project, and is a founding member of the Common Sense Oncology movement.
