A general surgeon with an interest in pediatric surgery, disaster management and primary health care. After 20 years in public service in Vanuatu, he has joined Respond Global as Director of MV HELPR-1, a health and humanitarian response vessel based in Vanuatu. In the last 4 years he has responded and served in all of Vanuatu's 44 inhabited islands including conducting surgical clinics and training rural health care workers on pediatrics surgical emergencies and pre-hospital care of the surgical patient.
