Dr Aleksandra Polikarpova graduated from Russian National Medical Research university in 2015. Prior to clinical work she worked on 3D organic cancer models at the University of New South Wales. She completed her internship and residency at Macquarie University Hospital and Westmead Hospital before starting in a role of Surgical SRMO at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 2022. Her interests include laparoscopic surgery, hernia surgery and anatomical variations of organ development.
